Jade Fighter Arena --- F.A.Q. / Support

Have a very specific issue? Try using your browser's "search" feature to find certain words related to your troubles.

General Issues:

Q: EGADS!!! What happened to my video mode?! It's all screwy and doesn't show up right!
A: Jade Fighter Arena changes into a great deal of different video modes, as a result, some computers can't handle some of the more exotic modes. There's not much that can be done to fix this.

Q: When I quit the game my computer locked up!
A: Just reboot and you should be fine. This seems to be related to the consistent amount of video mode changing while in Windows. It is highly recommended that you run Jade Fighter Arena on a DOS based system or in a DOS emulator such as DOSBox. The video mode changing only causes problems in Windows and only after extended periods of time. Note that Pixelmusement cannot be held responsible for data loss if your system crashes or locks up.

Q: Are there any secret weapons or materials?
A: Maybe...

Q: What's better? Strength or Agility?
A: It depends. With high strength you'll be able to attack many more opponents but will also get hit more often. With high agility you wont be able to hit much but most opponents wont be able to hit you either. Keep these two stats ballanced at 30/30 if you want to be able to fight and dodge at an average rate.
